This Order determines mission, responsibilities and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health which has the mission of promoting the health of the population through the delivery of preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services.

This Decree approves the amended statutes of the Beninese pharmaceutical regulatory agency, now named “Beninese Agency for Medicines and other Health Products”.

The law creates the Burundian Authority for the Regulation of Medicines for Human Use and Food. The authority's general aim is to protect public health by promoting the quality and safety of products such as prefabricated and ambient foods, medicines for human use, cosmetics and dietary products containing active ingredients, herbal medicines, traditional medicines, and medical devices, among others.

The purpose of these Regulations is to establish the organizational and operating rules of the National Medicines Council, a body provided for in the Organic Chart of the Ministry of Health, approved by Decree-Law no. 56/2021 of 21 September, which establishes the structure and operating rules of the Ministry of Health.

The Proclamation 1263/2021 was enacted to provide for the definition of the powers and duties of the executive organs of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia. It includes provisions regarding the mandate of the Ministry of Health (cf. section 35).

The Decree approves the organic statute of the Ministry of Health whose mission is to define and implement the National Health Policy, promote the execution of the Executive's program on health and exercise the corresponding normative and monitoring functions, aiming for universal health coverage in the country.

The Decree defines the normative framework for the organization and operation of the Ministry of Public Health and the fight against AIDS.

This Decree provides for the definition of attributions of the Minister of Health and the organization of the Central Administration of his Department. The Decree also contains provisions regarding the organization of other departments of the Ministry of Health. The Decree approves the Organic Statute of the Autoridade Nacional Reguladora de Medicamento (The National Medicines Regulatory Authority). The purpose of this Decree is to define the rules governing the organization, management and operation, as well as the powers of its bodies.

This decree establishes the organization of the Ministry of Health and Social Action.

This Act establishes the Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority; provides for the functions and powers of the Authority; and provides for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

Changes relate to the creation of a new directorate for judicial affairs and litigation ("direction des affaires juridiques et du contentieux") under the Cabinet and the creation of a Directorate for Family, Mother and Children's health under the General Directorate for Health and Public Hygiene.
