The National Social Security Fund Act
This Act establishes the National Social Security Fund and provides for its constitution, administration and other matters related to the Fund.
The National Health Insurance Fund Act
This Act establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payment of health care benefits to certain Government employees and provides for related matters.
The HIV and AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act
This Act provides for prevention, treatment, care, support, and control of HIV and AIDS, for promotion of public health in relation to HIV and AIDS; provides for appropriate treatment, care and support using available resources to people living with or at risk of HIV and AIDS and provides for related matters.
The Mental Health Act
The Act provides for the care, protection and management of persons with mental disorders and provides for their voluntary or involuntary admission in mental health care facility and other related matters.
The Traditional and Alternative Medicines Act
The Act makes provisions for promotion, control and regulation of traditional and alternative medicines practice, establishes the Traditional and Alternative Health Practice Council and provides for related matters.
