Health Legislation

This Act establishes the National Social Security Fund and provides for its constitution, administration and other matters related to the Fund.

This Act establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payment of health care benefits to certain Government employees and provides for related matters.

This Act provides for the promotion, preservation and maintenance of public health with a view to ensuring the provisions of comprehensive, functional and sustainable public health services to the general public; and provides for other related measures.
