Health Legislation

This Act establishes the National Social Security Fund and provides for its constitution, administration and other matters related to the Fund.

This Act establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payment of health care benefits to certain Government employees and provides for related matters.

The Act makes provisions for health care, social support, accessibility, rehabilitation and vocational training, communication, employment or work protection and promotion of basic rights for persons with disabilities and provides for related matters.
