Health Legislation

This Act makes better provisions for the regulation of public procurement, provides for repeal of the Public Procurement Act, 2004 and re-enacts the Public Procurement Act and consequential matters and provides for other related matters.

This Act establishes the National Social Security Fund and provides for its constitution, administration and other matters related to the Fund.

This Act establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payment of health care benefits to certain Government employees and provides for related matters.
