Décret No 22/13 portant organisation et fonctionnement d'un Etablissement public dénommé Fonds de Solidarité de Santé
This Decree contains provisions for the organization and operation of a public establishment called the Health Solidarity Fund in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The law establishes the obligation to affiliate to the "Caisse Nationale de Solidarité et de Prévoyance Sociale" for any employer who employs one or more workers, as well as the public administration in its quality of employer.
