The Decree sets out the terms of application of Law No. 2018-22 of April 27, 2018, determining the fundamental principles of Social Protection.

This Law amends the Law 03/2015 of 02/03/2015 governing the Organisation of Community-Based Health Insurance Scheme. Please refer to page 171 of the file to see the text of the Law.

This Order determines contributions to the community-based health insurance scheme, amounts of their contributions and modalities for their payment.

By this decree, the Government of Benin appoints the auditors of the National Health Insurance Agency.

This Act lays down the fundamental provisions and principles and aims to give concrete form to the rights and duties of the population in matters of health. The Decree creates a management body called "Caisse nationale d'assurance maladie universelle". It is placed under the technical supervision of the Ministry in charge of social protection and the financial supervision of the Ministry in charge of finance.

The objective of this decree is to define the modalities and procedures for concluding, suspending and terminating agreements governing relations between the Health Insurance Fund (IPS-CNAM) and healthcare providers.

The objective of this decree is to define the requirements and modalities for affiliation to and registration with the general basic universal health insurance scheme (i.e. population groups covered).

This decree sets the amount and the modalities to recover contributions for the UHC general and medical assistance schemes.

This Law establishes the Universal Health Insurance Scheme Universal (RAMU) in the Republic of Benin.

This decree establishes the terms of collection of contributions from workers in the public, parapublic and private sectors affiliated to the compulsory health insurance and social security scheme.

This decree is setting the rates, the basis of contributions and the ceiling on salaries subject to contributions of workers in the public, private and parapublic sectors to the Compulsory Health Insurance and Social Security Scheme.

This Ministerial Order determines the medical services provided at each level of health facilities in Rwanda.
