Law No 001/2020 of 02/02/2020 amending Law No 32/2016 of 28/08/2016 governing persons and family
This Law is an amendment to Law No 32/2016 of 28/08/2016 governing persons and family.
This Law governs natural persons and family as well as relations between persons.
This Act provides for a uniform law for the registration of all births and deaths in Zambia, without distinction of origin or descent; and provides for matters incidental thereto.
