This Act amends sections 2, 6, 7, 9, 12, 14, 17, 17A, 18 and 19 of the National Registration Act of 1986.

This Act provides provisions on the registration of persons resident in Botswana and provides for matters incidental thereto.

This Act provides for a uniform law for the registration of all births and deaths in Zambia, without distinction of origin or descent; and provides for matters incidental thereto.
