The decree creates a National Technical Committee responsible for the administration of the District Health Information System in Niger. Its mission is to ensure the administration and updating of the platform; to identify and deal with users' technical grievances and concerns, and to ensure the system's security, maintenance and capacity building.

The purpose of the law is to determine the legal regime of civil status in Niger. It institutes a civil status system, which is the set of qualities inherent to a person that the law takes into consideration in order to attach legal effects to that person. This Act establishes a legal framework for the regulation, development, and promotion of the information and communication technology sector, including provisions for electronic transactions, data protection and cybersecurity.

National Identity Card Act

This Act establishes the legal framework for the production, use, and regulation of national identity cards for citizens of Mauritius.

The law determines which individuals have Nigerien nationality at birth as their nationality of origin. Nigerien nationality is acquired or lost, after birth, by the effect of the present legislation or by decision of the public authority taken under the conditions laid down in this law.

Aliens Registration Act

This Act establishes the general framework for the registration of aliens (non-citizens or non-residents) in Mauritius.
