These Regulations outline the rules for acquiring nationality, issuance of the nationality certificates, loss of nationality, civil registry of the South Sudanese nationals, etc.

The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). The Decree introduces an Identity Card for national citizens based on biometric elements. 

The Law determines the registration of the population and issuance of the national identity card to Rwandan citizens.

This order, taken in application of the provisions of Law No 013/2007 of July 19, 2007, establishes a compulsory health insurance and social security system in the Gabonese Republic.
