These Regulations establish the rules for the internet-based pharmaceutical service provides in Nigeria.

The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). The purpose of this agency is to ensure the promotion and development of telehealth and medical informatics in Mali.

This decree defines the scope of the prohibition on smoking in public places or places open to the public, and specifies the powers of health police officers in enforcing the law on tobacco control. It also sets out the rules governing the liability of manufacturers and distributors of tobacco products in the event of damage caused by the consumption of these products.

These regulations provide for tobacco control measures including tobacco bans, health warnings, advertising restrictions etc.
