These Regulations establish the rules for the internet-based pharmaceutical service provides in Nigeria.

The Kenya National Guidelines for Quality Obstetrics and Perinatal Care provide a comprehensive framework to ensure safe, effective, and respectful maternity care, aiming to improve health outcomes for mothers and newborns throughout the perinatal period.

The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). The purpose of this agency is to ensure the promotion and development of telehealth and medical informatics in Mali.

This Act provides for a legal and institutional framework for sustainable management of the environment; outlines principles for management, impact and risk assessments, prevention and control of pollution, waste management, environmental quality standards, public participation, compliance and enforcement; provides for implementation of international instruments on environment; provides for implementation of the National Environment Policy; repeals the National Environment Management Act, 1983; provides for the National Environment Management Council and the National Environmental Trust Fund.
