This law defines the general regime for the prevention and control of smoking, establishing rules regarding the protection from exposure; the advertising; the prohibition of the promotion and sponsorship of recreational and cultural activities, and the labelling among other issues. 

The Act amended the National Identity Cards Act, 2011.

These Regulations establish the rules for the internet-based pharmaceutical service provides in Nigeria.

The purpose of the Act is to establish a biometric identification and authentication system for natural persons.

This Decree amends decree no. 2007- 207 of 2 April 2007 creating the computerized and secure national secure national identity card.

The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). This decree defines the scope of the prohibition on smoking in public places or places open to the public, and specifies the powers of health police officers in enforcing the law on tobacco control. It also sets out the rules governing the liability of manufacturers and distributors of tobacco products in the event of damage caused by the consumption of these products.

The Law determines the registration of the population and issuance of the national identity card to Rwandan citizens.

This Act controls the production, manufacture, sale, labelling, advertising, promotion and sponsorship of tobacco products, provides for the Tobacco Control Board, regulates smoking in specified areas and connected purposes.
