This Decree approves the amended statutes of the Beninese pharmaceutical regulatory agency, now named “Beninese Agency for Medicines and other Health Products”.

The Decree sets out the statutes of the Nigerian Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency.

The Rwanda Hospital Accreditation Standards Performance Assessment Tool has been developed based on the 2nd edition of the hospital standards to assist supervisors, facility managers and staff in assessing the quality of their services. The toolkit can be used to guide the set-up of services and to improve current services. It helps to measure progress towards meeting standards and will be used by external surveyors to accredit facilities.

The document sets accreditation standards for Hospitals in Rwanda. They are designed for use within the entire organization and cover the full range of services.

The standards define the minimum requirements that must be covered by Level Two teaching Hospitals for undergraduate and postgraduate training programs and they will be used as an inspection checklist for accreditation.

This Decree establishes and fixes the rules of organization and operation of the Senegalese Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (ARP)

This decree determines the conditions for the creation, approval, operation and control of reproductive health structures in application of the provisions of Article 12 paragraph 3 of Law No. 2003-04 of March 3, 2003 relating to the sexual and reproductive health.

This Law provides amendments to the provisions of Articles 17, 17-1, 17-2, 17-3, 17-4, 17-5, 17-6, 17-7, 19-1 of the Law No 2003-04 of 03 March 2003 relating to sexual health and reproduction.

The law creates the Burundian Authority for the Regulation of Medicines for Human Use and Food. The authority's general aim is to protect public health by promoting the quality and safety of products such as prefabricated and ambient foods, medicines for human use, cosmetics and dietary products containing active ingredients, herbal medicines, traditional medicines, and medical devices, among others.

The Decree approves the Organic Statute of the Autoridade Nacional Reguladora de Medicamento (The National Medicines Regulatory Authority). The purpose of this Decree is to define the rules governing the organization, management and operation, as well as the powers of its bodies.

The document sets accreditation standards and a performance assessment of pharmaceutical services in Rwanda. The standards are intended for implementation within Rwandan hospitals and community pharmacies.

This Law aims to determine the framework for hospital reform and applies to hospitals ensuring a public service mission.

This Act establishes the Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority; provides for the functions and powers of the Authority; and provides for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

This Decree provides for the conditions relating to the standards, skills, and ethics in matters of prescription and provision of services in reproductive health, as well as to the sale and administration of contraceptive products and authorized methods of contraception.

The objective of the law is to establish an institutional framework for regulating the pharmaceutical sector to ensure market approval and use of pharmaceutical products that are accessible, safe, efficient, and of appropriate quality (art.2). It notably establishes the Authority for pharmaceutical regulation (Autorité Ivoirienne de Regulation Pharmaceutique - AIRP) and addresses its mandates (chapter 1).

This Law contributes to the protection of the present and future generations from the devastating health, social and health effects of diseases affecting public health and in particular reproductive health in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. This Act repeals and replaces the National Pharmaceutical Procurement Unit Act, 2012 to establish the National Medical Supplies Agency as a public service agency responsible for the procurement, warehousing and distribution of drugs and medical supplies in a transparent and cost-effective manner for and on behalf of all public institutions throughout Sierra Leone.

This Act provides for the establishment of a Medicines Regulatory Authority; for the registration of medicines and medical devices; for the control of medicines and scheduled substances, and for incidental matters.

This Act provides a framework for a structured uniform health system within Namibia; consolidates the laws relating to state hospitals and state health services, and regulates the conduct of state hospitals and state health services; provides for financial assistance for special medical treatment of State patients; and provides for incidental matters.
