Health Care Agency Act
This Act establishes a Health Care Agency and provides for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The circular N°12 refers to inspections conducted in retail pharmacies. The text of the circular is provided as part of a compendium of pharmaceutical legislation (see pages 7 to 9).

This Act regulates the establishment, management, and operation of hospitals and dispensaries in the country.
