Constitution de la Republique du Tchad

The Constitution of Chad was reviewed and approved by the referendum of the 17 December 2023. The Constitution contains 290 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

These regulations were developed in the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24, 30, 46)2), 47(5) and 50(1) of the Social Health Insurance Act, 2023, by the Cabinet Secretary for Health, in consultation with the Board for the Social Health Authority.

The Constitution of Mali was adopted by referendum and promulgated in 2023. The Constitution contains 191 articles addressing a wide array of issues, such as the protection of fundamental rights, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The Decree establishes the health benefit package covered under the Universal Health Insurance. The decree was published on 25 November 2023 in the Official Journal.

The Decree specifies the application of certain provisions of the law establishing the Universal Health Insurance Scheme, such as affiliation and registration, the insured person's card, care benefits covered, the assumption of responsibility for benefits, health care providers, among other aspects.

The document establishes the Paediatrics treatment guidelines in Rwanda. 

The guidelines set up the modalities for the establishment, functionality and sustainability of health posts in Rwanda.

The Rwanda Hospital Accreditation Standards Performance Assessment Tool has been developed based on the 2nd edition of the hospital standards to assist supervisors, facility managers and staff in assessing the quality of their services. The toolkit can be used to guide the set-up of services and to improve current services. Constitution

The Constitution was adopted by referendum in November 2020 and has been promulgated by Presidential decree n°20-442. It includes 225 articles addressing a wide array of issues including Fundamental Principles for the Society, Fundamental Rights, Freedoms and Duties, and Organization and Separation of Powers (non-exhaustive list).
