The purpose of this ordinance is to determine the rates and fees for regulatory services offered on drugs and other health products by the drug regulatory authority for Burundi (ABREMA).
The document sets up standards to provide guidance to teaching institutions for health professional education and affiliated teaching hospitals and/or second-level teaching hospitals. This decree creates a National Training School for State-certified Nurses and Midwives in Anaesthesia - Resuscitation called ENAFISAR. This decree defines the organization and functions of the School, the administrative bodies and commissions, the training requirements, etc.
Handicapped Persons Act
This Act makes provision for the improvement of the care, assistance and education of handicapped persons in Malawi; establishes a Council for the handicapped; provides for the voluntary registration of handicapped persons; provides for the registration, direction, control and regulation of associations whose objects include the welfare of the handicapped; and further provides for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith.
