This law establishes the rules relating to medicines, other health products and pharmacy.

This law defines the general regime for the prevention and control of smoking, establishing rules regarding the protection from exposure; the advertising; the prohibition of the promotion and sponsorship of recreational and cultural activities, and the labelling among other issues. 

This decree regulates the exercise of hospital pharmaceutical activity in the health structures of the National Health Service. It covers all health structures of the National Health Service that carry out this activity, namely central hospitals and regional hospitals. Its purpose is to organize, improve, optimize and standardize hospital pharmaceutical services in the National Health Service.

Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (Establishment) Act

The law establishes the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria and regulates the standard of training and practice of pharmacy.

The legislation regulates the production, import, export, conservation, distribution, quality analysis and sale of medicines for human use, including traditional medicines, as well as all other health products, pharmaceutical practice and opticianry.

Loi No 2019-676 relative à la lutte anti-tabac

This law relates to the fight against tobacco; it applies to tobacco growing, regulation of the manufacture, packaging, labelling, marketing and importing of tobacco and tobacco products, as well as advertising.

The law regulates the manufacture and registration of medicines, the approval of medical devices, and sets out rules for pharmacies and the practice of the profession of pharmacist.

The law creates the Ordre des Pharmaciens (The Order of Pharmacists), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the pharmaceutical professions in Mali.

The Act gives effect to the World Health Organization 's framework Convention on tobacco control.

This Law establishes modalities for controlling tobacco consumption and tobacco products that are manufactured in Rwanda as well as those imported so as to protect the Rwandan population’s life.

This Law determines the organization, functioning and competence of the Council of Pharmacists. The Council shall be responsible for ensuring that the rules, honour and dignity of the pharmacy profession are complied with and ensure the protection of public health. 

The law reinforces the fight against the use and consumption of tobacco and tobacco products in Burkina Faso. The scope of the law covers the industrial or supervised cultivation of tobacco, the manufacture, packaging, marketing and consumption of tobacco and tobacco products, and exposure to tobacco smoke.

This Law defines the legal provisions relating to medicines, medical devices, other health products and the practice of pharmacy in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. This Law is published in a collection of other legislative acts and can be found on page 3 of the file.

Tobacco Control Act

This Act regulates the use, sale, manufacture, advertising and promotion of a tobacco product and provides for connected matters.

The Tobacco Control Act

This Act controls the production, manufacture, sale, labelling, advertising, promotion and sponsorship of tobacco products, provides for the Tobacco Control Board, regulates smoking in specified areas and connected purposes.

This law, taken in application of the provisions of articles 47 of the Constitution and 67 of ordinance n°01/95 of January 14, 1995 concerning the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, establishes and organizes the National Order of Pharmacists of Gabon.
