This Decree sets the operation modalities for some health competencies transferred by the State to the regions.

This regulation establishes the rules applicable to the exercise of pharmaceutical activity, in the public and private sectors, by natural or legal persons.

This decree regulates the exercise of hospital pharmaceutical activity in the health structures of the National Health Service. This Law amends and supplements Articles 185 and 195 of Law No 2013-10 relating to the General Code of Local Authorities

The law regulates the manufacture and registration of medicines, the approval of medical devices, and sets out rules for pharmacies and the practice of the profession of pharmacist.

This Decree provides for the conditions relating to the standards, skills, and ethics in matters of prescription and provision of services in reproductive health, as well as to the sale and administration of contraceptive products and authorized methods of contraception.

The Local Governance (Amendment) Act of 2017 amends the Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936) to provide for the discretion of the President to revoke the appointment of an appointed member of a District Assembly.

The Decree creates a Code of Ethics for pharmacists in Mali. The Code is applicable to all pharmacists who meet the legal and regulatory requirements and are registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens (Order of Pharmacists). The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.

The law creates the Ordre des Pharmaciens (The Order of Pharmacists), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the pharmaceutical professions in Mali.

The decree sets out the organization and operating procedures for hospital pharmacies.

This Law contributes to the protection of the present and future generations from the devastating health, social and health effects of diseases affecting public health and in particular reproductive health in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. This Law is published in a collection of other legislative acts and can be found on page 4 of the file.

The Local Governance Act (Act 936) of 2016 provides for local governance in accordance with the Constitution; establishes a Local Government Service; provides for the establishment and administration of the District Assemblies Common Fund; provides for a National Development Planning System; defines and regulates planning procedures of District Assemblies; co-ordinates, facilitates, monitors and supervises internal audit activities within District Assemblies and related matters.

The law creates the Order of Pharmacists of Cape Verde and provides its Statutes.
