This regulation establishes the rules applicable to the exercise of pharmaceutical activity, in the public and private sectors, by natural or legal persons.

This law establishes the rules relating to medicines, other health products and pharmacy.

This decree regulates the exercise of hospital pharmaceutical activity in the health structures of the National Health Service. It covers all health structures of the National Health Service that carry out this activity, namely central hospitals and regional hospitals. Its purpose is to organize, improve, optimize and standardize hospital pharmaceutical services in the National Health Service.

The law establishes the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria and regulates the standard of training and practice of pharmacy.

The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.

The law creates the Ordre des Pharmaciens (The Order of Pharmacists), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the pharmaceutical professions in Mali.

The decree sets out the organization and operating procedures for hospital pharmacies.

This Law contributes to the protection of the present and future generations from the devastating health, social and health effects of diseases affecting public health and in particular reproductive health in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. The law creates the Order of Pharmacists of Cape Verde and provides its Statutes.

The objective of the law is to define the conditions and the rules for the practice of pharmacy.

This Act establishes the Pharmacy Council of Mauritius and provides for better regulation of the profession of pharmacists.
