The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.

The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.

The Law establishes the Order of Nurses of Mozambique and approves its Statute. The Order of Nurses of Mozambique is a legal person governed by public law, representing nurses, and carrying out services in the public interest. Registration and recognition by the Order of Nurses are mandatory conditions for the exercise of nursing activity in Mozambique.
