The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.

The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.

This Decree contains the draft law relating to the practice of the profession of midwife in Senegal and establishing the order of midwives and obstetricians to be presented before the National Assembly of Senegal.
