The Regulation sets up rules in the registration of drugs and related products manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold, distributed or used in Nigeria.
This Act establishes the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria for the registration of nurses and midwives and State Nursing and Midwifery Committees, and provides for the discipline of nurses and midwives and other ancillary matters.
