The Resolution creates Commission of the Cape Verde Order of Order of Nurses of Cape Verde and extinguished the Committee of the Cape Verde Order of Nurses, created by Resolution No. 126/2019.

The Public Procurement Act

This Act makes better provisions for the regulation of public procurement, provides for repeal of the Public Procurement Act, 2004 and re-enacts the Public Procurement Act and consequential matters and provides for other related matters.

Medicines and related substances regulations

These Regulations provide rules on the registration and access to the market to medicine; licensing requirements for pharmaceutical operations, manufacturers, wholesalers and dispensaries; as well as on record-keeping, import of medicines, and clinical trials, etc.

The Law creates a professional order called the "Ordre national des sages- femmes/maïeuticiens de Guinée", which groups together all midwives/maïeuticians required to practice in Guinea.

The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.

The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.
