Health Legislation

The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.

The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.

The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). The purpose of this agency is to ensure the promotion and development of telehealth and medical informatics in Mali.
