The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.

The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.

This law authorizes the private practice of health professions by individuals or legal entities, either individually or as a group, in Mali. It sets out the conditions required, as well as duties and obligations.
