The Rwanda Hospital Accreditation Standards Performance Assessment Tool has been developed based on the 2nd edition of the hospital standards to assist supervisors, facility managers and staff in assessing the quality of their services. The toolkit can be used to guide the set-up of services and to improve current services. This law makes the second amendment to the Statute of the Order of Nurses, approved by Decree-Law No. 104/98, of April 21, amended by Law No. 111/2009, of September 16, in order to adapt it to Law No. 2/2013, of January 10, which establishes the legal regime for the creation, organization and operation of professional public associations.
