This law modifies and completes the law n°90-14 regarding conditions for the exercise of trade union rights.

The Resolution creates Commission of the Cape Verde Order of Order of Nurses of Cape Verde and extinguished the Committee of the Cape Verde Order of Nurses, created by Resolution No. 126/2019. 

This law was published in the Official Journal on 10 May 2022. It provides measures to fight violence against women.

The document sets up standards to provide guidance to teaching institutions for health professional education and affiliated teaching hospitals and/or second-level teaching hospitals. The Law creates a professional order called the "Ordre national des sages- femmes/maïeuticiens de Guinée", which groups together all midwives/maïeuticians required to practice in Guinea.

The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.

The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.

The Law establishes the Order of Nurses of Mozambique and approves its Statute. The Order of Nurses of Mozambique is a legal person governed by public law, representing nurses, and carrying out services in the public interest. Registration and recognition by the Order of Nurses are mandatory conditions for the exercise of nursing activity in Mozambique.
