This decree defines the terms and conditions for implementing the mandatory health insurance.
The purpose of this law is to organize activities related to medicines and other health products in the Republic of Benin.
By this decree, the Government of Benin appoints the auditors of the National Health Insurance Agency.
The law creates a public administrative establishment, called the "Agence Nationale de Sécurité Sanitaire", under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The mission of the Agence is to implement the strategic orientations of the Ministry of Health in the field of health safety.
