The law sets out the fundamental principles and rules for the organization and operation of the national public health system.

The Decree creates a Code of Ethics for pharmacists in Mali. The Code is applicable to all pharmacists who meet the legal and regulatory requirements and are registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens (Order of Pharmacists). The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.

This Code establishes deontology rules for pharmacists in Gabon.
