The Public Procurement Act

Medicines and related substances regulations

Decreto-lei No 21/2017

The decree approves the plan of positions, careers and salaries for the staff that make up the medical career. The system applies to all doctors in the National Health Service who are part of the career. The aim of establishing a medical career is to guarantee and organize the exercise of medical activity in the National Health Service. It is also a particular objective of the medical career to encourage and reward scientific research and experimentation in the field of medicine in Cape Verde.

This Act provides for the regulation of medical, dental and allied health professionals, for the establishment of Medical Council of Tanganyika and for other related matters.

These are the guidelines for the registration, renewal, change in characteristics and extension in range of both imported and locally manufactured registered pharmaceutical products.

The guidelines set up grading criteria and scoring for health professionals in Rwanda.
