The decree approves the plan of positions, careers and salaries for the staff that make up the medical career. The system applies to all doctors in the National Health Service who are part of the career. The aim of establishing a medical career is to guarantee and organize the exercise of medical activity in the National Health Service. It is also a particular objective of the medical career to encourage and reward scientific research and experimentation in the field of medicine in Cape Verde.

The objective of this decree is to define the requirements and modalities for affiliation to and registration with the general basic universal health insurance scheme (i.e. population groups covered).

The law creates the Ordre des Médecins (The Order of Physicians), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the Medical professions in Mali.

The ultimate goal of this document is to provide guidance in the organization of private health service facilities to improve the quality of health care and services provided to the population of Rwanda.

The Medical, Dental and Allied Health Professionals Act

This Act provides for the regulation of medical, dental and allied health professionals, for the establishment of Medical Council of Tanganyika and for other related matters.

This decree establishes the terms of collection of contributions from workers in the public, parapublic and private sectors affiliated to the compulsory health insurance and social security scheme.
