The law creates the "Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers" (The Order of Nurses), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing nursing in Mali.
The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.
The Law creates a Code of Ethics for physicians and dental surgeons in Mali. The Code is applicable to all physicians and dental surgeons registered with the “Ordre National des Médecins” (National Order of Physicians). The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.
