This decree modifies decree N°2012-488 providing for the powers, organisation and operation of management committees for public schools.

The Civil Code is a document that brings together rules relating to civil law, governing topics such as the status of persons, property, as well as private relations between citizens.

These guidelines prescribe data, which is required to be submitted to the National Drug Authority to demonstrate the safety, efficacy and quality of vaccines being applied for market authorization. The Burundi Civil Code provides a comprehensive set of laws governing civil matters such as property rights, contracts, family law, and obligations. It consists of 3 books dedicated to (1) Personal and Family Code (2) Of goods and different modifications of property and (3) Contracts or conventional obligations.
