Décreto número 42/2020 por el que se clara el Estado de Alarma Sanitaria y se dictan las medidas cautelares para la prevención, contención y control de la pandemia del nuevo coronavirus en la República de Guinea Ecuatorial
This Decree declares the State of Health Emergency and dictates precautionary measures for the prevention, containment and control of the new coronavirus pandemic in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
Public Health Act
This Act repeals and replaces the Public Health Act (Cap 198). The Act provides the legal framework for the protection and improvement of public health, regulates issues such as sanitation, disease control, environmental health and health care services.
Health Professionals (Amendment of schedule 1) Regulations
These Regulations amend the Health Professionals Act of 2006 by repealing and substituting Schedule 1 of the Act dedicated to the enumeration of the categories of health professionals.
Health Care Agency Act

Public Health Authority Act

Constitution
The Constitution of the Republic of Seychelles was promulgated by Act No 2 in 1992. The Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic of Seychelles that establishes the principles of the organization of the state, declares rights, freedoms and obligations, establishes key state organs and institutions, etc. The Constitution of Seychelles consists of 170 Articles that are grouped into 16 chapters that are supplemented by 7 schedules.
Constitution
The Constitution of Equatorial Guinea was first adopted in 1991 and revised in 2012. It consists of 134 articles that are grouped into five titles. The Constitution establishes a wide array of norms touching upon the questions of hierarchy of laws, type of government in the country, civil, economic and political rights, human rights and freedoms, organization of the state, separation of powers, etc.
