This document provides the benefits package of the National Health Insurance Scheme as offered to its beneficiaries through private health providers.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework that allows for the implementation of the actions and mechanisms necessary for the education, prevention, treatment, epidemiological surveillance, research, care and monitoring of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, as well as to guarantee respect, protection and defence of human rights, and to eliminate the stigmatization and discrimination of people infected with HIV/AIDS. The scope of application of this Law includes: medicines and health products, as well as the actions of natural and legal persons involved in the production, marketing, prescription and dispensing of pharmaceutical and health products within the national territory. The Constitution of Equatorial Guinea was first adopted in 1991 and revised in 2012. It consists of 134 articles that are grouped into five titles. The Constitution establishes a wide array of norms touching upon the questions of hierarchy of laws, type of government in the country, civil, economic and political rights, human rights and freedoms, organization of the state, separation of powers, etc.

The Constitution of Zambia was adopted in 1991 and was amended in 2016 by Act No 2 titled "An Act to Amend the Constitution of Zambia". The Constitution of Zambia is the supreme law of the country that establishes the core values and principles of the state, provides for the core rights, freedoms and duties, separates the powers within the state and establishes the key state institutes.

This Decree approves the Regulations of the General Social Security Regime.

This Act provides for a uniform law for the registration of all births and deaths in Zambia, without distinction of origin or descent; and provides for matters incidental thereto.

This Act makes further and better provision for the registration, enrolment, control and training of nurses and midwives; provides for purposes relating to the practice of nursing and midwifery; establishes the General Nursing Council of Zambia; and provides for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

The Act provides for the registration of persons; and provides for matters incidental thereto.

This Act makes better provision for the control of the profession of pharmacy and the trade in drugs and poisons.

This Act provides for the prevention and impression of diseases and generally regulates all matters connected with public health in Zambia.
