Law No 44/2012 on the organisation, functioning and competence of the Medical and Dental Council
This Law determines the organisation, functioning and competence of the Medical and Dental Council. The Council is responsible for compliance with the rules, honour and dignity of the medical profession.
This Law regulates the establishment and practice of the art of health, namely the medical art, dentistry, the pharmaceutical art, nursing and paramedical art.
