Moderator

The role of the moderator is to serve and support the PAGnet Forum in terms of operational implementation, facilitation of discussion and ensuring the appropriateness of content in meeting the partnership goals and objectives.

Functions of the Moderator

The Moderator of PAGNet will act as the Secretary of the Advisory Group. The Moderator of PAGNet prepares the agenda for each session of the Advisory Group meeting, in collaboration with the Chair and the Advisory Group members. A report, prepared by the Moderator, with the assistance of appointed rapporteurs, is circulated as soon as possible after the conclusion of the session for the approval of the members. The moderator is located within World Health Organization (WHO) Global Capacities, Alert & Response. The moderator will additionally review and approve applications for membership to PAGnet and monitor the content of the PAGnet Forum.
