Joint Annual Conference of Indian Society of Malaria and Other Communicable Diseases (ISMOCD) & Indian Association of Epidemiologists (IAE)

The conference will be held in Goa around the theme, "Reverse the challenge: Vector borne, emerging infectious and non communicable diseases." This conference will foster dialogue and help to sharpen focus with an aim to reduce the burden of disease to insignificant levels.

WHO/Europe Regional Course - Ship sanitation inspection and issuance of ship sanitation certificate Learning Programme, St Petersburg, Russia, 31 March-16 May 2014 (e-learning + face-to-face)

WHO/Europe organized a regional course on ship inspection and issuing of ship sanitation certificates, under the framework of the International Health Regulations – 2005 (IHR). The face-to-face training was held in St Petersburg, Russia, from 12 to 16 May 2014, in collaboration with the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human welfare service (Rospotrebnadzor) from Russia and under the scope and support of the European Union Contribution Agreement with WHO for “Strengthening Health Security at Ports, Airports and Ground Crossings”.
