How to create a user account?

Click on “Register” and follow the process that will be adapted to your profile (your email address).
Note: If you are a WHO staff, you do not need to create an account.
Note 2: "Verify email" is sent from Microsoft Account Team email address.   

How to access the WHO Health Security Learning Platform with your user account?

Click on the button “Log in” at the top right of the page to connect to the platform. Then, select “External partner” (if you are not a WHO staff), and finally enter your email address and the password of your user account.

How to retrieve your password?

Click on “Log in” at the top right of the page,  then “ External partners”, and finally click on “Can’t access your account?” and follow the process that will be adapted to your profile (your email address).

How to enrol in a course?

You need first to be logged in. Then, you access the course description either:

• by clicking a vignette from the homepage, or
• by selecting a course from a course category, or
• by clicking on the link you received.

The last step is to click on the button “Enrol me”.

Tips to ensure that your learning activity is saved on this learning platform

• If you need to interrupt your course to perform another task for several minutes, then it is recommended that you exit the module you are taking. You can later resume the module where you were by restarting the module. If you do not exit the module when you have another task to complete, you will run the risk of finding that your score has not been recorded on the platform and having to start again.

• If your internet connection is unstable (outages), it is best to wait until you have a better connection or to follow the course with another internet connection. Otherwise, your learning activity may not be saved on the platform.
