How to create a user account?
Click on “Register” and follow the process that will be adapted to your profile (your email address).
Note: If you are a WHO staff, you do not need to create an account.
How to access the WHO Health Security Learning Platform with your user account?
Click on the button “Log in” at the top right of the page to connect to the platform. Then, select “External partner” (if you are not a WHO staff), and finally enter your email address and the password of your user account.
How to retrieve your password?
Click on “Log in” at the top right of the page, then “External partners”, and finally click on “Can’t access your account?” and follow the process that will be adapted to your profile (your email address).
How to enrol in a course?
You need first to be logged in. Then, you access the course description either:
- by clicking a vignette from the homepage, or
- by selecting a course from a course category, or
- by clicking on the link you received.
The last step is to click on the button “Enrol me”.
