Identificar y dar respuesta a las necesidades de cooperación de las Partes, en coordinación con la Secretaría del CMCT – OMS.
Desarrollar intervenciones para hacer efectiva la Cooperación, a través de los recursos propios del Centro, de los países interesados y de terceras partes.
Identificar y coordinar la participación de organismos, agencias e instituciones internacionales relacionados con la aplicación del CMCT – OMS.
Coordinar actividades con las Agencias de Cooperación Internacional de las Partes, a través de la Agencia Uruguaya de Cooperación Internacional (AUCI).

To identify and respond to the cooperation needs of the Parties, in coordination with the Secretariat of the WHO FCTC.
To develop interventions to effectively carry out cooperation through the Centre's resources, interested countries, and third parties.
To identify and coordinate the participation of international bodies, agencies, and institutions related to the implementation of the WHO FCTC.
To coordinate activities with the International Cooperation Agencies of the Parties, through the Uruguayan Agency for International Cooperation (AUCI).
