This Digital Health Strategy was developed considering the evidence that smart investments in healthcare will improve healthcare service delivery, research and education delivering the greatest dividends for Zambia. This sets the context for our decision to adopt the WHO framework for the assessment and development of the Digital Health Strategy 2022-2026.
