Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP)2009-2015. Country partnership strategy for the period FY10-FY13- the CPS outlines a program to build on the ISN and support implementation of the PRSP. The CPS emphasizes a gradual shift from post-conflict recovery to restoring and maintaining sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction. During the CPS period the Bank Group will seek to help improve quality of life boost economic activity and support stabilization in the short-term; while continuing to assist Cote d'Ivoire in laying the groundwork for long-term reforms to help achieve sustainable peace and growth and make progress toward the millennium development goals (MDGs).
