At national, district and service delivery sites, senior health managers received training on the model of health service integration, and they became aware of the positive benefits integrated modes of health care regulation, production, and management have on populations' health.

The Lesotho health sector and health development partners supported the establishment of health sector-driven, -steered, and technical coordination platforms as well as a term of reference approved by everyone.

Assisted the country in the creation of a regulatory authority to control medicines and medical devices across the country. Regulation implementation guides and manuals are now being written.
