Monsieur le Président et distingués délégués,
Les systèmes de santé ne peuvent atteindre la couverture sanitaire universelle sans prioriser le bien-être et la prévention. La Fédération Internationale des Étudiants en Pharmacie (IPSF), représentant plus de 600 000 étudiants et jeunes diplômés en pharmacie dans le monde, souligne qu’investir dans la promotion de la santé favorise un développement durable.
Vu que nous célébrons les 40 ans de la Charte d’Ottawa pour la promotion de la santé, l’IPSF poursuit son engagement dans 100 pays à travers des initiatives de santé publique.
Nous encourageons les États membres à adopter des politiques inclusives, centrées sur les personnes et la prévention, tout en impliquant les jeunes pour construire un avenir sain.

Health systems cannot achieve universal health coverage without prioritising well-being and prevention. The International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation, representing over 600,000 pharmacy students and recent graduates worldwide, emphasises that investing in health promotion is also an investment in sustainable economic development.
As we mark 40 years of the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion this year, IPSF serves as a leading global youth organisation promoting health and well-being across more than 100 countries. Our commitment to local and international public health initiatives focuses on youth-inclusive, people-centred, and preventive health systems.
We encourage Member States to adopt people-centred policies that integrate well-being into all areas of health and development, while meaningfully engaging youth in shaping healthier futures.
