السيد الرئيس، السادة المندوبون الموقرون،
يعترف الاتحاد الدولي لطلبة الصيدلة (IPSF) بالإمكانات التحويلية للصحة الرقمية، وحوكمة البيانات، والذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز النظم الصحية العادلة.
وفي هذا العام، أعدّ الاتحاد إعلانًا عالميًا بشأن الاستخدام المسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعي في الرعاية الصحية للفترة 2026–2027، بمشاركة أعضاء من أكثر من 50 دولة عبر أوراق مواقف وطنية تناولت الجوانب الأخلاقية والشاملة والمتمحورة حول المريض في حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وسيتم اعتماد هذا الإعلان من قبل 136 منظمة عضو في أكثر من 100 دولة، بما يترجم السياسات العالمية إلى إجراءات محلية عبر شبكة تضم أكثر من 600 ألف طالب وطالبة صيدلة وخريج حديث حول العالم.
ويدعو الاتحاد الشركاء والدول الأعضاء لدعم مشاركة الشباب والمناصرة في حوكمة الصحة الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل مسؤول.
English translation:
The International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) recognises the transformative potential of digital health, data governance, and artificial intelligence in advancing the SDGs.
This year, IPSF drafted a Global Declaration on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare to be implemented between 2026 and 2027, engaging members from over 50 countries through national position papers on ethical, inclusive, and patient-centred AI governance.
The declaration will be adopted by 136 Member Organisations across more than 100 countries, translating global policy into local action through a network of over 600,000 pharmacy students and recent graduates worldwide. IPSF invites partners and Member States to support meaningful youth engagement and advocacy in responsible digital health and AI governance.
