Honourable Chair, Distinguished delegates,
IPSF held a model WHO in 2024, with 110+ participants and 75% from LMICs. We adopted a resolution on digital health that emphasised interoperability and ethical governance. Healthcare learners and professionals are a crucial part of implementing digital health initiatives, and should be effectively engaged in national strategies.

Therefore, we call upon WHO and Member States to:
1. Facilitate structured engagement of healthcare learners and professionals in digital health policy, regulation, and innovation;
2. Utilise healthcare learners and professionals in increasing digital literacy and implementing digital health initiatives in the community.
