    The following topics were included in the survey: tobacco use, alcohol consumption, diet, physical activity, history of raised blood glucose and history of raised blood pressure. Additionally, the following measures were taken: blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides and HDL cholesterol.

    A stratified cluster sample design was used to produce representative data for that age range. Please refer to pages 17-19 of the report for further information.
